Every article lists the sources it relies on, together with factual ownership or affiliation labels such as "state-owned media", "state-affiliated outlet", or "independent commercial wire service".

A source dependency group treats outlets that repeat the same reporting chain as a single origin. A story qualifies for normal publication with one primary source or two operationally independent reliable sources.

Fast-path breaking reports are clearly attributed to their originating source and marked as unconfirmed until independent corroboration.
